Over the course of history, even the most significant leaders of our generation have been faced with incredibly difficult or challenging circumstances. These leaders have shown themselves above the others because they demonstrated the will and heart to innovate and lead without reservation.
There is a notable difference in positional leaders (managers) and genuine leaders. These real, genuine leaders tend to challenge the status quo and make it their life’s work to blaze new trails. These leaders leave the world a better place than it was before.

- They never settle for the “it’s never been done” excuse.
- They rely on innovation and collaboration which ultimately leads them to revelation and realization.
- They are willing to be criticized, misunderstood, or even ridiculed on their way to achieving the next level.
- They insulate themselves from negativity and surround themselves with possibility thinkers.
- They don’t complain about the way things are, they busy themselves creating the world they desire to live in.
- They stare failure in the face, and try new things anyway.
- They never quit until the dream is realized.
